2. Our exhibition services

NSE Exhibitions provides custom exhibition stall design, 3D concept development, fabrication, branding, furniture coordination, installation and related turnkey support. The exact scope, materials, schedule and price for each project will be confirmed in a separate proposal or written agreement.

3. Briefs, approvals and changes

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue requirements, stall dimensions, brand assets and product information. Delays in receiving information or approvals may affect the agreed timeline.

Design revisions, material changes, additional branding, furniture, technology or on-site requests outside the agreed scope may change the project cost and schedule. We will communicate material changes before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.

4. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, website text, photography, graphics, concepts and other original materials created or published by NSE Exhibitions remain our intellectual property. Client-supplied logos, images and brand assets remain the property of the client or their respective owners.

5. Information and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current or free from interruption. Project outcomes may also depend on venue rules, third-party suppliers, approvals and conditions outside our control.
