1. General information

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and useful. However, service descriptions, locations, images, availability and other information may change without notice and may not cover every project condition.

Website content should not be treated as professional, legal, financial or venue-specific advice. Please contact our team for information related to your particular event, space or requirement.

2. Portfolio images and project examples

Images and project examples on this website are intended to show the kind of creative direction, materials and execution we can deliver. The final appearance of a stall may vary based on size, venue rules, materials, lighting, branding files and approved design.

3. Enquiries, quotes and estimates

Any pricing, timeline or service information shared through the website is indicative until it is confirmed in a written proposal. A reliable quotation requires details such as event dates, venue, stall size, design scope, materials, branding and installation requirements.

Final delivery can be affected by venue approvals, access schedules, client approvals, supplier availability and other conditions outside our direct control.

4. Third-party links and services

Our website may include links to external websites, social platforms, maps or service providers for convenience. NSE Exhibitions does not control or guarantee the content, availability, privacy practices or security of external services.
